Once you place your order, your photograph enters the queue for our designers.

When your photo gets to the front of the queue, our designers will get to work on your masterpiece. 

With precision and detail, our artists ensure that your photos become as optimal as possible using world-class design techniques to restore lost details and even color in your images.

Once your artwork is complete which usually happens within two days, you will receive a preview.  We will wait up to three days for your approval as well as any revisions that may be necessary.  Once three days have passed we will automatically approve your order and it will be sent to our print facility closest to you.

A digital download is a high-resolution digital version of your printed artwork for posting on social media or making additional prints. 

At Infigo print, we are not satisfied until you are.

From the start we give you our best effort to make the finest portrait from the photo you sent. At the design phase, an opportunity is provided for our customers to review the work done by our designers before it is sent off to our printing facilities. So we expect our customers to be very happy with the finished product.

However, if there is an issue that we can help to resolve, we always offer to redo your print free of charge.  

When submitting your photo pay attention to the following:

1) Good Lighting: Ensure that we can see the subject clearly
2) Good Composition: Ensure that all your desired features are clearly visible. 
3) Ensure you look exactly how you want to look in the final product.

Note: Please understand that we cannot change a person's facial construction, or body features, we can only restore lost details in the image and apply our unique artistic process to them.
